I was so skeptical about ordering online and from Hong Kong. So I had 1 bridesmaid order to check them out. Dress arrived in 2 weeks which was much sooner than we expected according to the website. It looks exactly like the photo. Even the color was spot on. We ordered up 1 size due to Hong Kong being known for their clothing to run small. She now has to have it altered because we found out they run true to size. As long as you measure you should have a perfect fit. Good quality material! The only issue we had was the lining underneath was very tight around her legs but this is underneath and can’t be seen so we are going to cut it i I’ve the knee. The dress is a good heavier material so this won’t be noticeable. Other than that it is perfect and I will now be ordering 8 more as well as my flower girl dresses! I didn’t have any issues where I needed to contact customer service so I can’t review that but I’m very satisfied with the product and look forward to completing my bridal party with them:)
